How to unlock the "My only wish, to catch a fish..." achievement in Dead Cells - Definitive Guide

This particular area can be accessed once you have defeated The Concierge in Black Bridge area. After you have defeated before mentioned boss, proceed towards to ”safe zone” and do your business as usual. Then at the right end of the safe zone is the entrance to Stilt Village and for you’re achievement.
