The queen's outfit can be obtained from 2 modules:
1 - killing the queen without taking damage (so you get the golden queen costume)
2 - killing the queen for the second time (in this case killing her the first time you only get the weapon she uses)
I'm not sure if killing the queen in the abyss the first time playing against her also gives the outfit along with the weapon...

You don't get an outfit for just flat out killing her the first time, only her sword unfortunately
