How to unlock the Who needs an Italian plumber? achievement in Dead Cells - Definitive Guide

To be able to reach the Ancient Sewers, you'll need to have the Ram Rune which you obtain from an elite slasher in the Ossuary.

Ancient Sewers are located in the Toxic Sewers. Somewhere inside the location will be a breakable floor which you use the ram rune to break through and then work your way to the Ancient Sewer Floors.

You can get through the Poisonous Sewers location, for this you must have the Taranna rune, the transition is under one of the breaks made by the rune
