Story part 2 - 5th stage (or 16th overall level)
It seems the unlock conditions for "Paralyze this" (3 paralyzer kills in this level) and "Die right now" (Door has 50+% health by the end) are reversed.
In my first run of the level, I did not use the paralyzer weapon and ended up unlocked the "Paralyze this" achievement when the door had more than 50% at the end.
If you aim for all achievements within the level you will get them all anyways.
The Don't touch my stuff achievement in Dead Effect 2 worth 11 pointsFinish the mission on any difficulty.
The Die right now achievement in Dead Effect 2 worth 36 pointsThe door controls can't get under 50%.
