IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO LEVEL UP & EARN PERKS,

So in this quite overlooked gem of a game you'll get a choice between 3 relatively random perks every time you level up, or as it called in the game, promoted.
Now I say relatively because the first bunch of times you do so, you get 2 random perks & a weapon perk, the first few levels these are the same, starting with COOLING so you can shoot without your gun getting hot too fast, followed by RAPID FIRE & so on, it should go without saying that these should ALWAYS be your primary perk, anything that makes you kill faster ... Now you might be wondering; "eh, how do you kill ghosts?" well apparently you can blow them up lol (who knew?)
but doing so won't earn you promotion (at least not until you get a certain perk but that's another story) instead you have to capture them with your Vacuum.

So now that you've learned a bit about how you earn perks, how to get this achievement?
Well there are perks called VERBAL WARNING & sadly no, it's not as simple as just acquiring 3 of these, you must use them too. (As far as I have experienced you can ONLY have 1 Verbal Warning Perk at the time)
The perk VERBAL WARNING ensures that all your hard earned perks aren't forfeited when you get DEMOTED, which happens when you fail (or quit) a job/level so in short to get this achievement you must first earn the random perk after that you have to fail a job, now you could do this by yourself but I would strongly advise against that especially if you're aiming at 100%'ing this game because then this will come on its own & more important you're gonna need those Verbal Warnings for when your trying to get the

the Ghost Dimension is a level with 5 floors, 4 with 5 rooms & a fifth floor which is the Boss stage, if you fail or wanna quit because you got hurt you'll have to start over from scratch & the ghost in this level makes it if not impossible, then at least hard as hell to do so without some perks so my tip is to save the VERBAL WARNING for when you need them, not that you really get a choice if you have acquired 1 & die so what I mean is simply don't kill yourself trying to speed up this achievement, of course that's just my 2 cents, how you wanna do it is naturally up to you, all I can do is advice against it 
anyway enough rambling ...
Final Note:
Between jobs/levels you'll have access to the HANDBOOK in which the first section called EMPLOYMENT RECORD on page 6/8 you can see how many Verbal Warnings you have received so far.

This is a TON of words that made the achievement requirements very confusing.

Y2Kasper10 well if you can explain it easier you're more than welcome to make your own guide but fact is that it's not just a " Press Start" achievement & yes I incl. info that goes above & beyond this achievement, since this is a site where most strive to 100% the game.
SIMPLE SOLUTION:
Level up, acquire random perk "Verbal Warning" , let yourself die without loosing all perks, repeat 3 times
There's more to it than this & it's an absolute moronic way of doing it if you wanna 100% it but hey as simple as I can do it
