To unlock this achievement you just have to kill as many ghosts you can... As much as you clear All the rounds the better to complete this achievement.
I complete this achievement playing on the first station where you get your first job.
After 22 days in the calendar ( es might be less, it depends how good you are without dying) and clearing rooms, going back and forward in the same station I fulfill the 250 ghost kills.
