How to unlock the Winner Winner achievement in Dead End Job - Definitive Guide

1st off you need to unlock the Restaurant Area which you do by earning £250,000 in jobs.
You’re looking for the Poultrygeist, which is a chicken looking ghost, that fires exploding eggs out of its rear end.
3 ghost difficulty Restaurant areas are not great for this, I was only getting 1 Poultrygeist max a level, sometimes even none.
4 ghost difficulty Restaurant levels are the way to go once you can. I was getting anywhere from 5 up to 10 per level if you explore thoroughly. The only difference in this difficulty is you have to save 4 citizens instead of 2 on 3 ghost difficulty levels.
You can also find a few on Ghost Dimension levels.
You can check how many Poultrygeist you have defeated in the ghost section of the handbook. Poultrygeists are middle left on the 1st page.
Your Achievement will pop mid level on your 30th Poultrygeist defeated.
