This is aquired in online-only VS-matches.
To survive a game you must not win, but still flee from the zombies with 1 full set of ressources (1 food, 1 fuel, 1 survivor + 1 vehicle). The winning player, who will not get any progress to this achievement, needs 1 additional full set (in total: 2 food, 2 fuel, 2 survivors + 1 vehicle) to win.
Additionally the player who is going for the achievement cannot be the host, as the host will never get progress towards this achievement - this seems to be a bug. Talking about bugs: Sometimes the tracker refuses to go up when you survive a game, but you will get progress 2x the next game.
