Pretty simple. In the section called The Deeper (after completing the Rites of Passage), there are bottomless pits scattered all around the area. All you have to do is aggro the zombies as you make your way through the area (kicking them does the least damage, so it should work best), lead them to a pit and start kicking them towards it. Meat Bait makes this so much easier as they gather around it and you can kick one in just one at a time.

Okay it's definitely bugged for me. The counter is stuck around 90% ((14 zombies kicked down)). I did it during the mission, afterwards and even started a new game with another character and got back to the same mission. Still bugged. Great. Otherwise yeah it seems like you can kick them all down the same pit
