I don’t know what this is connected with, but neither homemade bombs nor explosions from balloons or suicide bombs count towards the trophy. You only need to explode with a hand grenade; you can buy it in the city near the church (not in the church itself, but from a seller who is barricaded along the road).

The description of the trophy is inaccurate, but the picture seems to hint:
The original sounds like this: Kill an Infected with a grenade blast.
The infected are those zombies that run at you as fast as they can.
The easiest way to do it is in the jungle, there will be grenades for free in the smuggler's bay, in front of the smuggler boss there will be a box with three grenades and a large first aid kit.
After that, equip the grenade and wait for a suitable place:
If an infected person is running towards you and there is a car nearby, jump on it and throw a grenade (but don’t blow yourself up))

The Infected is found in Chapter 18, at the very end.
On the roof, don’t immediately jump into battle, collect grenades on the boxes on the sides of the entrance, then kill the military, after which the military man first runs out of the left building, followed by the infected person we need. You can throw a grenade at your feet next to him, even if you die the trophy will drop.
