I think the ONLY level you can obtain this on is the Swamp Arena, Which I think is just the Hard one, Can't remember but I think it's C just look for HARD not very hard.
I made life easier by having my friend help Co-OP just in case I got knocked down by a suicider or anything, Found the easiest way to kill the ram was using an Assault Rifle.
The Thug doesn't count towards this achievement for a strange reason so don't worry too much about killing them for this, If playing in co-op the one going for this needs to be the one to kill each type as it doesn't count for the other player if your partner kills a butcher in one round it counts for his tracker not yours, I used the co-op friend to kill all walkers etc carefully and if he seen any of these all at once he would run in circles until I was able to take them down.
If you've played the story and got to level 30+ this is a breeze since the enemies start at low levels.

There are 2 Rams you must kill BEFORE you get to a butcher and many many suiciders which can be a pain to see through the long grass... beware!

To clarify, this doesn't have to be done in one wave as I initially thought. A round is one attempt at the arena so as long as you kill one of each of these without dying or leaving the arena you will get the achievement.

You can only get this in Arena C - the only Arena where a Ram spawns. You will need to get to wave 15 to spawn a Butcher. You don't have to kill everyone in 1 round, but during 1 playtrough of the arena.
Wave 1 Walkers
Wave 5 or 6 spawns Infected
Wave 7 the first Suiciders
Wave 8 Floaters
Wave 11 first Ram (a second follows around wave 15)
Wave 15 Butcher
Pro tip: play as Xian with rank 3 Spectre unlocked as perk (that reduces threat/aggro from zombies). Only the infected will come running to you, the rest will leave you alone if you stay back. So you can just kill them one by one around the map. This works for all arenas and the main story. Just position yourself near the exit or workbench everytime a wave starts.
Pro tip2: on Youtube there is mention of an old glitch where you can get on top of the fence, so no zombie can get to you. But I could not get it to work.
PS: after wave 20 in Arena C, orange "exceptional" weapons will start to drop frequently if you need them
