At the end of chapter 4, you are given the quest on the road. Once this quest is complete, you will complete act 1, where you unlock the achievement.

This achievement might be glitchy and unlock late like it did for me. The first time I unlocked it on a different gamertag it unlocked on time at the end of Chapter 4. But when I played on this gamertag it didn't unlock until several days later, so just be aware it might not unlock right away.
