In act 2 "the city" there will be plenty of humans to kill called punks. You will run into some during a couple quest lines and some will be hiding. They will most likely be carrying a pistol so be careful around them. Grab one of their guns and aim for their heads. It usually takes 1-2 shots to the head to drop them.
If you have completed act 2 and cannot find any humans, the next act "the jungle" has plenty of humans to kill with assault rifles and shotguns
After the 50th human, your achievement will unlock.

Best possible: Act 2 - City of Moresby
Throughout the game, you will come across many human enemies that you can kill. There are even some main quests tied to this. As example the "Wastewater Plant" in Act 2. You will get this trophy by the time you reach the Prison with ease. But you can also easily farm this by simply kill a bunch of them and reload your last checkpoint from the menu. The next best location would be the "Supermarket" (also a main quest) but I'd recommend farming them in the City of Moresby.
You can track your progress by pressing
Options button, go to Extras, and then trophies. Locate the specific trophy and it will tell you how many you have so far.
