This achievement requires you to be part of a squad of 4 players (coop) in which every individual Dead Island character (Logan, Xian, Purna, Sam B) is present.
This sounds easy, but from what I've learned this game is very buggy (even more than the original 360 version when it comes to coop).
Sometimes it can take a while until everyone is able to join your game. If you try this with randoms, there is only a small chance of you A) finding a group of 3 players and B) every individual character being present there.

If anyone would like a boosting buddy for this game, message me on xbox. I don't mind helping people with the co-op achievements in this game. I will try to respond as early as I can, so please be patient.

Randomly finding a lobby with 3 unique characters is difficult. What I ended up doing is finding a lobby with two unique characters, and then browsing through the lobbies to find a solo player who's playing as the last remaining character and writing down their PSN ID. I then join the lobby with the two unique characters, along with my unique character, and then invite the random person with the last unique character. I've had this work for me on two accounts, but it relies on the lobbies being active and the goodwill of a random to join your lobby that you invite them to. That's how I got it without a great deal of luck or setting up a boosting date on here
