Teleport to the arena via fast travel. Go to Easy arena A and unequip everything (no brass knuckles either). Once in the arena take your time and separate your zombies. Last thing you need is to be swarmed. Round 4 & 5 should have infected zombies so watch out for them. If done correctly you should see a progress tally pop up with the end of every round. After the 5th round of no weapons your achievement should unlock.
*If doing this in a group, everyone cannot have weapons equipped. If one person makes a kill with a weapon, it will reset the counter for everyone.

I had this working perfectly, and after completing round 4, I was on 80% as I should have been. Upon completing round 5, I was back to 1/5 for the in game tally, and when I checked my achievement tracking, it said 20%, but the bar was still at 80%. So I have no idea what the hell is happening here. Does anyone else have a suggestion, or has had the same problem?

Although the skills tab doesn't mention it, it's worth nothing that fury, Sam B's rage mode, uses brass knuckles, not just his fists. I'm not sure about others, but I never realized this and used it during round 4 and it reset my progress.
