Keep quick joining until you get it. Be careful when you join because some people may kick you from the game or they leave the game.
You might be able to get the Originality achievement as well as this one.
When you see the achievement progress on the right side of your screen, you may leave and it will save.
Edit: Forgot about this at the time, but you can make boosting sessions on TA to help you find people for this achievement!

This is very annoying. I've joined 6 people now and they have all kicked me instantly. I made sure they were different gamertags too. They're missing out on the fun if they all choose not to play coop. People suck

Yeah it gets annoying when people kick you! I'm 50% done. I get worried when it's almost 15 minutes lol!

When you join people just play along, as they're going to need you to proceed in some parts, if you just stand there doing nothing they'll most likely kick you or leave. If you have enough Diamonds and Champagne you could always offer them in exchange, I did this to clear my conscience and help them out for letting me stay, that said I did contribute to the game aswell.

First couple people were fine, first guy even wanted to keep playing with me after I left and I stayed with him way longer than 15 mins. Now people just keep sitting there and kick me after like 5 minutes. It's so weird.
Also, you can check your recently played with list to see how long ago you joined them. Can be useful. I was on the edge of my seat thinking someone was going to kick me and it was taking so long I was wondering if I played with them already. Checked and it was 14 minutes ago, progress popped up shortly after.

Often i had 3 friends playing with me but the other 7 i got with randoms. 2024 but everytime i tried to join a random game, it didn't take long to find people playing.

Best strategy for this present day is to create a new character (Level 1) and use Quick Join. It seems that there are still people playing through this game for the first time.
