Dead Island Definitive Edition

Its as simple as it sounds, have somebody join your coop session or join somebody else's session, then head over to a fast travel map which can be accessed most easily from the lifeguard tower or the lighthouse tower. Then simply fast travel to the bloodbath arena and enter any of the 4 arenas with your coop partner and the achievement will pop.
