You can do this on any level but it's best done on the earlier levels as there isn't as many zombies.
Personally I did it on 1-1.
Go through the level avoiding all zombie without getting hit. You then go past the 2 boomers, then when you come to the column of 3 boomers you can just walk into them as you can be hit 2 times without dieing and this won't affect the achievment.
Carry on through the level and your achievment will pop.
