Comparing all my quests with the list, I noticed that my progress was “80/80”, but the game said that I had “79/80”. At first, I thought that I should just get on the boat, thereby completing what seemed to be the last quest of the game. And no, the trophy didn't drop. Also, it did not drop out when choosing NG+.

We need to go to Cecil Hospital and find a woman on the second floor connected to an IV.
Approach it and click "Explore".
After a short monologue, the "Family Ties" quest will resume, but the trophy will drop.

PS This woman is Sylvia from the "Family Ties" side quest we were looking for. For some reason, the game considers the quest complete when we find her portrait in the apartment, but not her. How, why and why - only the development team knows...

ATTENTION!!! Many people run into misunderstandings and think that the trophy is glitched! It seems like everything has already been done, but the statistics still show 79 out of 80! Most likely this is connected with the task Family Ties, towards the end of the game, after a zombie attack on the roof of the cinema, the opportunity arises to take the task from the dark-skinned Marvin, he asks to find his girlfriend Sylvia. After completing the task, we return to Marvin and inform him that we have not found her and perhaps she is still alive, and that now we have her photograph and if we meet her somewhere, we will let you know. The task seems to count, but it doesn’t. This task has a continuation, called Reunion, in fact, Marvin does not give it to you, you must complete it yourself! So we go to the Field Hospital, go up the stairs and enter the room with the patients. Since we know what Sylvia looks like (photo), it won’t be difficult to recognize her, she will be lying on the bed, we examine her, we are already sure that it is her (the trophy may fall out at this moment if everything else is done). We return to Marvin, report that we have found Sylvia, and receive a reward.
Perhaps, having received the photograph, it makes sense to try to go straight to the hospital and only after that go to Marvin.

There are 80 tasks in the game. These include side quests, co-op playthroughs (28 missions), as well as killing 13 named zombies. All tasks can be completed at any time in the game, you can return to each location! The main thing is not to get on the boat after defeating Harlow.
