NOTE: This achievement can only be obtained with players with the NTSC-J version of the game, whether it be online or system link.
Despite saying "partners" this can be done with only one friend. Start a new game and do some of the first few quests/side-quests from the Lifeguard Station. Must be done in a single play session, so if you disconnect or someone leaves, you will need to start over.

Unlike most of the co-op trophies, this one requires you to complete 5 quests with the same partners. 5 quests isn't much and they can be a mixture of main or side quests, finish them and the trophy will unlock. If you are looking for partners for this trophy then you can use the Trophy Boosting/Co-op Partners Thread (Read First Post!)
Note: This trophy can be glitchy if you don't turn in the quests yourself so be sure to turn them in personally whenever you complete one.
