This is extremely difficult to achieve legitimately as almost everyone online now is very, very good - but it's easily boosted with a friend.

Create a match for a maximum of 2 players and 1 friend slot to ensure no-one else joins. If you're in a hurry, set the match point to 1 round, and the health to minimum. Invite your friend and away you go. Including character/stage selection and loading times, it should take no longer than 10-12 minutes for each player to get this for an easy 40G.
