Just a quick note: IT is possible to MISS THIS if you go straight from Rank C to A during a boosted survival match. Then you have to derank to get it.

It appears that it takes 12,500 grade points (roughly) to achieve the grade of B-. So, either play a bunch, or boost with a friend until you hit that.

Earn 12.500 points in online games. Defeating higher ranks will earn you more points.
