How to unlock the Collected All Items achievement in DEAD OR ALIVE 4 - Definitive Guide
You will have to keep playing survival mode to get this achievement -- You do not need to collect all the items in one session, it is cumulative.
The items are:
- Hour Glass
- Candy Jar
- Doughnut
- Bracelet
- Kings Crown
- Hotdog
- Xbox 360
- Silver X Shaped Xbox Prototype
There are also 4 Slot machines to collect. They all look the same, however they make a different sound when you pick them up.
All I can say is keep playing and use a character you are comfortable with, some items only appear as you get further into survival.

Is there any place where you can see which ones you already collect them??? ... I think I'm msising the Silver X Prototype

I'm afraid not, you just have to keep playing! The Prototype Xbox is the rare item, so it's likely you will be missing that one.

This is designed to be a refinement of hatchywatchy's solution which is a bit misleading, incorrect in places and hasn't been updated in over 4 years despite being corrected and improved in the comments.
You will find items in both single and tag survival. They appear when you attack an enemy who is on the ground and when you defeat an enemy. You need to pick them up before they disappear which is after about 15 seconds. Which item drops seems to be completely random although it's possible that certain items appear when you do certain things but if this is the case the criteria haven't been confirmed. I've unlocked the achievement and my best runs on survival have been 34 wins on single and 28 on tag so obviously the items are not restricted to only appearing late in the game.
You do not have to find all the items in the same game, they stack across all your single and tag survival matches and although they do appear in the online survival mode any picked up here seem not to count. I can confirm that my achievement popped after I picked up the Xbox 360 item in single survival although I know for a fact I had picked it up in online survival before. Unfortunately there is also no way to check which items you've already picked up.
The items are as follows:
Candy Jar
Hotdog
Doughnuts
Rings
Crown
Treasure Chest
Hour Glass
Xbox 360
Silver Original Xbox Prototype
Slot Machine Type 1
Slot Machine Type 2
Slot Machine Type 3
Slot Machine Type 4
The first 6 of these are all pretty common items, some more so than others, and you will see them appearing a lot as you play through survival mode.
The 3 food items will restore some health if you need it (candy restores about 1/4 of your health bar, hotdog 1/2 and doughnuts fully restore it) or give you points if your health is full and the 3 treasure items will just give you points.
The other 7 items appear much less commonly, also seemingly on a sliding scale of rarity, and it may take hours of play for some of them appear.
The 4 different slot machines all look exactly the same, just like a casino slot machine, but they can be distinguished by the different sound effects that play when you pick them up. One of them makes a happy bleep like when you insert a coin into an arcade machine and one of them makes a "boing" sound like a generic video game spring. I can't confirm the other 2 sounds right now because it's been a while since I saw them and I can't remember the noises. I will continue playing survival mode and update this when they appear again.
I'm also not 100% sure what all of the rare items actually do when you pick them up. I know the Xbox 360 gives you points and the hour glass resets your Danger/Double Reach timer back to 10 seconds if you have it active. Again I will update this when I confirm for the other items.

Nice guide. When the 360 finally showed up I was on the 12th fighter, definitely don't need to make it to the later rounds for items to pop up.

I used a turbo controller for this. I left it running overnight and I had the achievement when I woke up.
Go into settings, select Largest life gauge for Survival (not Team Survival).
Change your controller config so that A is kick and B is punch. X and Y are not important.
Start Survival mode, I selected Kasumi as my character, others might work too.
Using whatever you need to use (tape, rubberbands, whatever), hold down A and B, and the left thumbstick should be held to the right. Your character should put up a decent fight, and will occasionally pick up the goodies that the opponents drop. Once you lose, it should restart the match automatically. My controller allows for two turbo speeds, and I had B firing at a slower rate than A, so that might make a difference.
Eight hours later, I had the achievement. I don't know if I just got lucky, but it worked.
ALSO my automatic pilot fighter had managed to rack up an impressive 28 wins against the CPU players, so I got the Bronze survival achievement too!

This is ancient but if anyone is looking at this now, don't bother. This absolutely does not work.

In principle, this actually DOES work. You can test out different characters and attack combinations to see which yields the best results. Whichever method consistently gets your fighter the most wins obviously means more item drops. You might not always pick them up though; it's a game of chance but at least you don't need to manually play. Even more, you can actually use a turbo to unlock costumes from beating Story and Time Attack, but you'll need to be nearby monitoring and pressing start each time you lose.
Personally, I used Christie and spammed her Punch instead (Normal health gauge). Sometimes I'd get as high as 30 wins but other times I'd lose at 2 or 3 opponents in! I left the turbo controller going overnight and got the achievement once I woke up the next day. I already had some progress toward picking up all the items after getting the 50 wins in Singles and Tag. In those runs, I never once got the Xbox consoles to drop so my turbo must have picked them up overnight. Thumbs up from me.

Keep playing Survival Mode till you have all the items. Items: Candy, Crown, Donut, Hot Dog, Hourglass, Ring, 3 different Slots (3 different tones when you pick them up), Treasure, Xbox (X-mark), Xbox 360 Console.
