An easy way to do this is to set up a vs match (offline) with one round win. sign in a second player and kill the profile you want the achievements on 10 times. after this, go to your main profile and kill the second player.
If you have done the right you will get a message saying you have got a bronze star.
after that go online and play a match to get the bronze star

The obvious method is to find a player with a 10 - 14 win streak in DOA Online Mode and defeat them.
Alternately, you can easily unlock this achievement with two controllers.
1) Change VS settings to 1 round win, and lowest health (speeds things up a bit)
2) Start an offline VS match with both controllers (do not sign in on your 2nd controller)
3) Use the 2nd controller to beat your 1st controller (the one signed into your account) 9 times.
4) On the 10th match, use your 1st controller to beat the 2nd controller.
5) Join a Quick Match in DOA Online Mode. If there is one in session, you can just watch it.
6) As soon as the match ends, if you've done everything correctly, the achievement should unlock.

Doesn't work on the 10th match. You need your second profile to get to 10, and THEN beat it with your main profile.

I want to add something to Shock O Rama's and Button Masher's solutions. The GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE stars are stackable!
First, made enough for a BRONZE star using above method, then quit the VS Match (don't go into Xbox Live yet!).
Then made enough for a SILVER star (using the same method) and quit.
Then made GOLD one and quit. (Rinse and repeat)
Log into DOA Online, find a match and watch it (or fight it). In the end of one only match you can get all 3 stars in one single step!

Start a two player match and win 10 in a row with the 2nd player, on the 11th match win with the 1st player (which is logged into your account). A pop-up will tell you that you´ve earned a Bronze star. Now start an online game and you´ll receive the achievement.
