This is a pretty easy one to get, you can do this by fighting the computer. (solo) Inside the Fight menu go to Versus mode. Make sure you change the options to one round, to make it go faster. It don't matter if you win or lose.
After the match just hit "Fight Again" so no need to leave the match. After 10 fights the achievement should pop.

You might also wanna add that you can choose to "Fight Again" after the matchesm you dont have to go back and pick new fighters. I know its been a few months and what not but I can confirm it!
