How to unlock the Training Hard achievement in Dead or Alive 5 - Definitive Guide

Once you've been in the mode for an hour, don't wait for the achievement to pop. It pops up when you LEAVE the mode.

If you want a really easy swing through this and aren't yet ready to commit to going for the time consuming 'Exercise Newbie' achievement, just make sure you have a controller plugged in so it won't turn off and put the controller down (I got mine while I was making/eating lunch).

Also, thanks to Morpheus414 for confirming that it IS indeed cumulative across all your visits to the training mode, so keep an eye on the clock when you go in, and see how long you spend there so you know how much time you have left.

I can verify it's cumulative--played legit for a good 45 minutes or so while learning commands from a few fighters. Later on at night, I rubberbanded the control stick, just in case--less than 10 minutes later I quit out and got it!

Don't know what to tell you two, as it has worked fine for both myself and my roommate. Either you did something wrong (i.e. not going as long as you think you did) or there's some kind of glitch, but either way my solution works.

i got it after i did 2 more command list things.. and it unlocks when you quit out of the training..,, appearantly i thought i did training for 1 hour but the gametime was under 1 hour soo @Greenchief dont worry, it will come just do some command lists and quit out to the menu after a while..

but +1 from me ;)

Yeah finally popped for me after like another 30 mins of trying command lists. Might be something wrong with the timer but seems to pop up eventually

It's most likely because you guys were idling and let your controllers turn off. I didn't get mine either as I was just idling in training waiting for fight requests so I'll just train a bit more till it pops. Not that it matters because I'll be going back to training mode regularly to work on my skills :P

For this trophy you must play in Training mode for an accumulative time of 1 hour, you can't sit idle you must have some sort of activity in the mode. Due to the amount of Command Training excercises you have to do you will more than likely unlock this just going for Exercise Newbie .
