Simple as it sounds, complete the game to get this.
Some tips:
- Always keep food on you.
- Always kill the security guards first, they are a big pain in the ass.
- Make use of the cars in the game, they are VERY destructive.
- Use Hammers as often as possible, especially against the heavier enemies.
For the final boss, make sure you have a lot of guns on you, they damage him more than melee.
And, of course, try playing co-op. This will also net you another achievement when you complete the game.
NOTE: Be aware that if you play co-op, when you save it kicks out the 2nd player and clears their inventory. (Thanks OzzysShadyDisco)

The red heavy wrenches work wonders on the handlers and security guards.
the reaper is great (sickel + Katana) works well against the zombies. both parts are inside the maintenance room by the server room in the living quarters. also instead of carrying food. make energizer drinks (apple + Whiskey) both parts a right next to the blender in the cafeteria. and if there is no whiskey go to the billards/rec room on the first floor of the living quarters on the right side when you exit the cafeteria.
as for the final boss, shotguns work awesome, but the laser gun ( laser sword (gems + flashlight) & shock gun (shock baton + blast frequency gun)) works even better! I had 2 laser guns and 2 shot guns and took down the final boss in minutes solo.

The achievement unlocked before the final boss for me. I was still on Case 3-3. I've no idea why.
