The Base at the center of the cat walks of the shipping bay area hold about 10 men. Keep them then leave. Rinse and repeat for you and your partner

The only thing I need to know: doe s this have to be done in one playthru or can it be done in mutliples.. ( I know it's crazy question) I have started this game 3 times just due to boredoma dn farming the zombie kills but I always avoided the guards or killed them then did the infinite granade thing form the holding pens, but by the time I got finished the game ended due to case experation.. lol.. so I think I have about 15 or so killed total maybe more, if this is cumulative I'll get it in the next restart.. but if not I'll just either farm them or just get this durring my complete the game playthru.

Single playthrough, like the other kill-based achievements in all dead rising games.

The security guards are the enemy in swat gear who carry assault rifles.
Many are scattered throughout the game.
Although a pp bonus is given whenever the ai frank kills one, i am not 100 % certain it counts towards your achievement unless you are the one who lands the killing blow
