Dead Rising 2

This is the achievement for making the secret combo weapon, Wingman, which is made by combining Nectar and a Queen in a Maintenance Room.

Nectar is a juice made by mixing items in a blender. The easiest way to make it is by mixing 2 Orange Juices or an Orange Juice and a Beer.

Queens aren't available right at the beginning of the game and only start appearing after you give Katey Zombrex at 7am on Day 2. You will see a short cutscene as you leave the Safe Room.
Queens are obtained by killing certain zombies. If you wade into a group of zombies and start killing them left and right it shouldn't take too long to find a Queen. Or you can target the individual zombie with the Queen if you notice the glowing red lump on the back of its neck and the fact that it'll be standing there acting like it's trying to catch a butterfly just in front of its face or trying to grab the lump on its neck.
If you drink a Nectar you'll get a bonus for a few minutes (real time) where any Queens in the surrounding area will come to you and hover around making them very easy to catch.
A lot of the special zombies that appear after the military arrive carry Queens but you'll have to catch them quickly because they make a beeline for the gas vents in the ground where they'll die.
