This is story related and cannot be missed (well unless it glitches on you which I wouldn't put past this game!)
The doctor at the hospital will eventually give you a mission to find the hacker Nelson. He is in Sunset Hills just north, so not too far to go. The tricky but is getting to him! The building he is in has no entrance - head further up the road until you see the White truck crashed into the building. Climb up the bonnet, and the use the trailer to run and jump onto the building roof. Climb onto the next roof, go to the far side and drop down onto the girder. You can then turn round jump in the window, kill the zombies in the room and speak to Nelson - job done!
