How to unlock the Help Wanted achievement in Dead Rising 3 - Definitive Guide
Easy Achievement to unlock.
You can find survivors after completing side missions.
After completing a side mission and having someone join your party, rather than take them all the way back to a bulletin board, simply drive away from them, after around 100 meters an on-screen message will pop up saying that they have been added to your Bulletin Board.
Do this 5 times and the achievement is yours.
**UPDATE** - it does not count if your the second person in the game. only the primary person. found this out the hard way. Credit Goes to oxy71 for finding this.

Doesn't need to be done in one play or your own , I had 2 in my game then I was playing with a pal and he got 2 during our game. I reset my story progress as I was just messing around with it and wanted to pay more attention to the plot etc, it unlocked when I got anna at the start of the game. So they don't even need to be all on the board at the same time. In theory you could even just get anna 5 times.
Not practical if going for the other achievement for leading a full group though as for that you need 5 all at the same time.

As you complete side missions, the survivors will sometimes decide to join your cause. If you look at the side mission menu on the map screen, check to the right of the title of the mission to see if it has the survivor icon (a running man). If it does, this means that you can obtain one or more people involved as a follower. Keep talking to the person once you arrive at the destination and they will end up accompanying you, however some times they will not join you until after the mission is completed.
