How to unlock the Med Tech achievement in Dead Rising 3 - Definitive Guide

There are 25 collectible med packs throughout the city. This equates to roughly five in each of the four districts along with a few on the central highway (and one in the ravine area). They will show up as smaller yellow circle inside a larger one. Also this must be done in one playthrough, or else you need to start over.

EDIT: TSG Dwaggie mentioned that this achievement NO LONGER requires to get all of them in one playthrough. It is still recommended however, that way you can tell which ones you need that are left.

Just so you know, you don't have to do it in one playthrough now. I missed one and the achievement popped as soon as I got it on the following playthrough.

This is part of the Fallen Angel DLC.

Review your in-game map for 25 locations containing red Medkits. Most are fairly easy to reach, although some are located on rooftops.

There are 25 red medkits around the map. They all appear on the city map that you access by hitting back.
Most of the locations are obvious, however a few are on roofs of buildings.
