How to unlock the Powerup Sampler achievement in Dead Rising 3 - Definitive Guide
According to the Achievement App tracker, there is 14 powerup to use. The achievement image shows 12 items (missing the last one, probably voluntarily aswell as the "fake" powerup). Here is a list :
Weapons :
Rocket Launcher
Machine Gun
Trafic Lights
Support items :
Air Strike
Option-A (the item that spins around you and shoot blue energy balls)
Gold Vehicules
Grey Vehicules
Powerup :
Food
Shield
Pow (the red item that boosts your damage and speed)
Super (the blue can with an S)
Tofu (the blue can with a T. It's a fake powerup but it do count in the total)
Hashishi
Golden Hashishi
If you're missing just one item, it's probably that last one. There probably are more of them, but you can find an easy one in Central City, round 4. From the start, go in front of you past the museum and inside the building with two stairways (one is blocked, the other leads to a vehicule). At ground level, go left inside the building to an area with construction works in progress. It's here on top of some ladders, you have to jump around the place to reach it. Start to climb immediately on your left as you enter the room and follow the path.
Edit : And indeed, there are other options for the Golden Hashishi. Like this one, courtesy of Fire Hawk D :
Even easier to get out of the way early, there's one in the Ingleton Wrench-O-Rama during the final round. Instead of heading straight to the Super Zombie, go into the Wrench-O-Rama (where you broke into a few rounds earlier) and up to the office overlooking the garage area. It's there.
Or this one, from scorcher117 :
On round 4 of south almuda there is also a golden hashishi on top of the electrical station place, you need to climb up onto the walk way to get to it.
Every other items are commonplace and you should get them without really thinking about them.
Credits to Spakon for the name of the Option-A, and iLag1337 for confirmation about the Tofu.

Yep, the golden hashishi was the one I was missing! A little annoying, had to climb the scaffolding to get to it. Thanks!
