*Note* - You MUST be level 50 to be able to unlock this achievement.
As you level up you get attribute points to add to different attributes of your choice.
However the final tier of upgrades for each attribute is locked until you reach level 50.
Once you have achieved this, simply spend attribute points on a single tier and you will unlock the achievement.
**Be Warned !**- Fully upgrading the speed attributes for crafting objects can make the PP Trial 'Pressure Cooker' (making 50 food combinations) glitch and require well over 50 combinations made in order to unlock. I highly recommend completing this PP Trial before fully upgrading crafting speed.

Say you keep all your attributes the same (Like they all have 4 or 5 points etc.) Can you still max out every skill ?

you can max out every skill and buy all combination upgrades as you can level over 50 continuously and keep earning attribute points until you have bought everything, however you will remain at level 50.
