This achievement does not require you to reach S rank. You need only to clear the four districts. You can revive yourself as many times as needed and it will still count. I was able to finish the first three districts solo without much trouble, but couldn’t make it past the bombs in South Almuda.

Well this is bullshit. I was trying to get a better scores for the pumpin quarters acheivement on ingleton. I've played all districts and only completed ingleton. I failed every other one getting the arcade cabniets. At the end of my ingleton run, this achievement popped.. What the hell is going on? I Guess whatever, but this dlc is becoming more trouble than it's worth, no one plays this and the achievements are getting all out of sorts.
