this is not missable as it is part of the main storyline. doug asks you to get some supplies after you moved from the school into the tower. just grab the three crates of weapons from the special ops and bring back the van to the tower without destroying it.

Glitched out on me. The truck blew up when I had to step out, which made the mission fail. I had to reload the checkpoint, but now the truck is gone. Can't finish the quest and I'm stuck.

Story Related. You will be driving a food truck around and have to pick up three weapon caches. The food truck has a health bar but if you have vehicle invincibility it will stop depleting at around 10%.
