A large number of freshies can be found at construction sites throughout the city. For example, you can periodically clear the location next to the shelter in Oldtown.

Mutant Hunter IV (Evo Hunter IV) - kill 100 mutant zombies.
Kill every mutant zombie you meet in the game. To get the trophy, you need to beat the game on Black Friday difficulty, and most likely the test will already be completed.
