How to unlock the No Compromise achievement in Dead Rising 4 - Definitive Guide
Be prepared for a lot of anger and frustration. There are 3 massive difficulty spikes throughout this mess of a DLC.
But first things first; make sure to do a regular run on Normal first grabbing all the collectibles along the way. (Check the Upper level and Underground in the Mall before leaving it - these are the only collectibles I missed the first time). If you missed some, start another Normal run, pick them up and you can safely quit after the next Checkpoint.
The perks (or traits as the game calls them) carry over in between runs.
The only one I hadn't unlocked when starting BF was the final health-upgrade which would have required 40 Evo-Hearts. I seriously doubt the extra 200 health would have made a significant difference though.
Now for the main-source of frustration : the countdown. If you somehow missed it, the counter DOES NOT reset upon dying. Which quickly adds up to a lot of wasted time when you keep dying on certain challenges (which you most certainly will).
HOWEVER, the good, old "Delete Save from Console"-trick works just fine for this. So if you died too many times on a challenge or just wanna be extra sure delete your console-save, restart the game and voila.
Now for the difficulty-spikes - there are 3 challenges that are utter and absolute bullshit.
#1 is the very first one required to progress the story - you got nothing but Pounce with a slow CD at this point and have to kill 4 Looters all armed with Pistols.
Honestly not much I can say - try to pounce when possible to disarm them and immediately use Y+B to get rid of 1 Looter.
#2 is called "Eating Vultures" and is located at the very bottom, left of the map. It's in the house where you first met Blackburne in the main-campaign.
Make sure you finish the challenge on the opposite side of that side-area (grabbing some orbs, pisseasy) to create a checkpoint and reduce runbacktime. I'd also highly suggest quiting the game to force a save-sync as you will most likely have to restart this one a few times.
Now for the actual challenge - in theory the Commander is supposed to run inside, closing the door behind him. However, if you start running immediately you can enter the house with him - which potentially avoids alerting the Exo-Trooper with the Axe in the house. Pain to deal with and can potentially oneshot you.
Once you made it inside the house, disarm the Commander immediately. You have to fight at least 2 regular Soldiers with Shields/Rifles - but at this point you should already have the double-feast option so getting rid of them should be quite easy.
Shout at the Commander and spam Melee or the Puke to get rid of him.
Upon leaving this side-area you should be at around 45minutes and be done with at least half the challenges in the final area
I had about 35 minutes left after finishing the school-bossfight, but ended up wasting precious time on #3 - so if you fail this one, delete your save to reduce time-pressure during the final fights with Obscuris.
Now for #3 - "A Safety Dance". If you make it through this piece of shit and got at least 30minutes left on the counter, you made it.
The challenge requires you to kill 8 Looters in the safe-house. 4 at ground floor, 2 upstairs and 2 "bosses" with an Ice/Fire Sword on top.
I honestly don't have a fool-proof method, mostly because you have to pray the game works for once and the enemies don't steamroll you in 2 seconds.
The general idea is stunning them with Roar and then build up a 7-combo to get rid of 2 immediately. Puke deals slightly more dmg than melee, but from my experience hits with Pukes often don't register.
Once you dealt with the 4 at the bottom, run upstairs and try to stand as close as possible to the stairs leading to the roof when killing the last one. The goal is to get another 7-combo, eat one and killing the 2nd guy with regular melee to keep the combo up.
Immediately start sprinting upstairs to get rid of one the bosses with Y+B right away. You should have about 25-30 seconds left at this point.
Stun the last one with Roar and pounce on him to get rid of his sword. Pouncing is very janky so pray it works right away or you'll waste precious seconds.
Once you disarmed him, stun with roar and spam puke.

Not a full solution, just some notes.
Requirements
For this achievement you need to beat the DLC story on hardest difficulty while completing all 16 princess wasp challenges (green marks on map) and reach the final fight in 1 hour 30 mins on a single playtrough.
Hard or not?
This one is not very hard at all. Unlocking all the perks make this mode much easier. Actually first playtrough on Normal mode without perks is harder then second playtrough on Blackest Friday mode with all the perks. On your first playtrough without perks this is impossible, so don't try it! Collect everything from the map to unlock all the perks on Normal, then start a new game, this is the only way. You can keep your unlocked perks on your next playtrough, but only trials perks, not princess wasp perks.
Bug
Sometimes when you collect a princess wasps, it counts to your achievement progress, but not unlocking the perk. This is how I beat the game on second time without double combo attack (Y+B). It's still totally beatable this way, just a little bit harder.
Boosting perk
Hive Hunter is the only trial that need some time to complete. It's make your health greater, so this is very important. You need to kill 40 evo zombies to complete Hive Hunter IV, but evos are rare in this DLC. You can get about 15-17 evos in a normal playtrough, but you can boost it easily if you want. I found a very good spot. You can quit to main menu and reload your game to boost up.

Not only do you have to complete it on hard with the best ending (refer to "Pack Leader" for info on that), but you have to beat it on the hardest difficulty. The problem with this is, the only traits that carry over when you start a new game are the traits you get from trials. As such, it’s strongly recommended to get all collectibles and complete all trials before trying Blackest Friday.
General tips for Blackest Friday:
- Keep moving (unlimited sprint from one of the collectible trials is a must). Don't get into unnecessary battles. If the objective doesn't explicitly tell you to kill soldiers, and they're not directly in your way, don't engage them.
- Once you've got it, roar will be your best friend. Once fully powered, it does everything from clearing out large groups of zombies (and refilling your feast meter along the way) to taking out soldiers. It will be your primary weapon against exo troopers.
- Once you get roar, most of the challenges will become relatively easily. One exception is the first "feast to survive" challenge, which you're likely to get before you have roar. Don't just spam X - make sure you dash every couple of hits. The other exception is the last trial (to fully upgrade roar), where you will face two survivors armed with fire & ice swords. Use pounce to disarm them (they'll still do a lot of damage, but will no longer insta-kill you).
- If you die (and you will), it will reload your last checkpoint, but the clock will keep ticking. The clock will stop, however, once you enter the final room (which is laughably easy compared to the part that comes before it). I probably died a dozen times (twice at the fire & ice guys, and a bunch of times at Barnaby's estate), and finished with about 10 minutes to spare, so there's enough time if you keep moving.
- The hardest part by far is clearing out Barnaby's estate of soldiers and exo troopers. The best tactic against the exos is to use cover to run in close, hit them with a strong roar (hold ), and then run away until it recharges. Rinse and repeat. You can also insta-kill regular soldiers with a fully-powered roar. Also, watch out for the rocket launcher guy in the basement. For that fight, it's best to lure the flame exo trooper upstairs to give you space to run. If the rocket launcher guy follows, hit him with a roar.
