Get the ball in the hole in exactly the number of strokes listed in the par score displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.
Note that if you do better than the par score (that is, a birdie/eagle/hole in one), this achievement will not unlock. It has to specifically be the par score.

Par is the number of shots it’s supposed to take to get it in the hole. The game tells you what it is in the upper-right corner. Just get the ball in the hole in that exact amount of shots; no more, no less.
