This well happen naturally through progression. A tip is to only feast when you have lost health. I speed it up by getting attacked until I was about 200 health then feasting on four or five enemies.

This should unlock on first playthrough as feasting is critical for healing.

You’ll get this over time (and in this instance, by "over time" I mean relatively quickly, probably during your first playthrough) – instead of doing special attacks when you build up your combo meter and press +, you’ll feast and recover health.
