How to unlock the Treasure Hunter achievement in Dead Rising 4 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, you need to find all 30 Capcom Treasures. They are littered around the game. You can purchase the collectible maps for each of the areas at their respective safe houses.

There are technically 0 missable treasure chests because there is case select, but the only one that you can not backtrack to is the one in the prologue (1/30 in the video). You will need to select Case 0 to get this chest.

Update
Similarly, during case 4, there is a chest that is missable inside of the military base(28/30 in the video). You will need to load case 4 in case select if this chest is missed.

I’m having trouble getting one treasure in the building northwest that seems to be locked after finishing case 4. Is there another way to get back inside?

Case select from case 4. I suppose that is also missable, will reflect in the guide

They’re all on the map if you’ve bought the locations from all four safe houses. Make sure to toggle up/down a level as some are underground and some on roofs etc.

I got all 30 last night but no achievement. Trial unlocked but my tracker was stuck at 80% then randomly went up to 93% shortly after, then stuck at that. Garbage game.

My counter is at 28/30, yet there are no icons showing on the map at all. Are there some that don't appear on the map?

This may help some of you, but the 2 that I was missing that didn't show up on my map were the treasure in the upstairs balcony of the farmhouse and the treasure on the roof of the Old Town Shelter. Also my last star was on the very top part of the roof of the Old Town Shelter and it didn't show up on the map.

There are 30 of these in all. As with the collectibles in the main campaign, you can buy maps in the safe houses that lead you to these.
