Pretty straightforward, but always remember to use melee on them. Adam's chainsaw kills them in 1-2 hits.

This achievement you unlock once you finish the last case. You should have around 24-12 hrs in game until the helicopter arrives. During this time the soldiers spawn. BTW, this is the point either you get ending C by just going to the helicopter pad OR overtime mode/ending A by making sure at 10 am you are in Carlito’s hideout in the North Plaza to speak to Isabella then head to the helicopter pad. Be careful you can get ending D if these soldiers capture you and hold you hostage when time runs out.

These enemies can stun lock you by continuing shooting the machine gun. But if you get close enough and press RB and A it should one hit kill them. You should be between lvl 40-45 to unlock the move, but I recommend lvl 50 (as these soldiers can stun lock you and wipe your health fast). If you kill 10 with your hands or with a weapon, you get this achievement. The machine gun can stun lock them as well if you are having difficulty doing hand combat on the soldiers. But if you kill 30 with barehand combat you get another achievement as well.

I got this by just farming between Warehouse, Paradise Plaza, and Al Fresca Plaza. If you find a rocket launcher, grab it as it will be needed for two achievements. I recommend getting at least 4-5 rocket launcher if possible.
