Isabella will ask you to collect items to make zombrex-like drug for Frank. Items will be marked on your map:
1. Cold Spray - Paradise Plaza, SporTrance
2. First Aid Kit - North Plaza, Seon’s Food and Stuff
3. Blender - Colombian Roastmasters, Paradise Plaza
4. Coffee Filters - Security Room
5. Magnifying Glass - Wonder Jewels, Wonderland Plaza
6. Camp Stove - Sport High, Entrance Plaza
7. Developing Solution - Cam’s Camera, Paradise Plaza
8. Perfume Bottle - Estelle’s Fine-Lady Cosmetics, Entrance Plaza
Once you have them, go back to Isabella.

Next is a Generator you need to find to fix the power. Go to Leisure Park to the clock tower to find that and possibly a new way out of the mall. Go back to Isabella.

Now you have to find 5 Queens for Isabella.
The easy way to find queens is to make Nectar by mixing OJ with OJ. There is unlimited OJ in Colombian Roastmasters. Once you mix it in the blender and drink it a queen will spawn. I somehow experience a bug when I was in the Food Court where a zombie would always spawn with a queen drop. Head back to Isabella once you have five queens in your inventory.

You then head to the clock tower to that new exit out of the mall. Once the cutscene ends, you will be standing on a save point. Do save. At this section you will guide Isabella through gates. At the first big gate, the gate you open is on the left side. You will have to fight zombies once you send her through. Meet up with her and at the next big gate is a door. Go through that. One more gate to go! Once you find it you will have a cutscene about the special forces being here. Save after the cutscene.

Head up the stairs and pull the lever. I entered the side gate by the stairs and placed Isabella to the side. Attack the soldiers and go to the car.

Now you fight a tank. I found this part to be the easiest. Shoot the green light area and watch out for the rockets by shooting those. Once the tank is disabled you then will fight The Commander. In this fight you will have no inventory at all. I just knee dropped him constantly. You have to down him three times. When he is on his knees I just punched him constantly. You will send him flying. The final attack on him is the disembowled attack which will put an end to him.

You should have a cutscene and credit will roll. I got the achievement on the screen with my score.
