This achievement is easy as long as you remember to change the batteries on your camera.
With most of the psycho scoops there is a camera shop near by!
Only psychos that have a scoop are going to count towards this achievement, so Isabela, Carlos and the convicts in the Jeep DO NOT COUNT!
If you are following the cases you will have this by Cliff the Vietnam vet.
Forget Kent, he is too much hassle to bother with!
You can take the photos of them when they are alive but it is easier to kill them and then take the photo!
