Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

The Rocket Launchers can be picked up from the Special Forces once they arrive at the mall on 22nd Sep 12:00 AM. Not all of the Special Forces have them, the majority seem to have the Machine Gun so you'll have to take out a few before you can grab it.

Once you grab one, take it down into the Underground and find a large group of zombies, the best place I found is where you find Brad after he has been bitten, near the room that has the Maintenance Tunnel key. and then blow them up.

Unfortunately, the rocket launcher seems to do as much damage as a party popper so you might need a few rotations before you get 100 kills.

A Rocket Launcher can be made early game with the Blender Magazine located in the Security Room. This requires a Fire Extinguisher (Two in Paul’s Boss store in Wonderland) & a Toy Mega Blaster (Movie Theatre gift shop). Simply find a group of zombies & let loose & create more if required.
