Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

Grab the red car in front of the maintenance tunnel, back your car all the way up against the food court's entrance, then gun it towards the small pond in between the food court and Paradise plaza. You'll need a good 5 seconds for the car to get up to speed.

Since the method for the original game was fixed, the easiest way to do this first try is by taking the motorcycle into the mall through either the Paradise Plaza or food court, as you can enter the mall while on the bike. Ride it over to the Entrance Plaza up the stairs to the second floor. Then floor it to the opposite end of the Plaza off of the stairs and your Achievement will unlock!

This is the easiest way I found to get this achievement since the method used for the original game was fixed. First off grab the motorcycle from the parking area by the maintenance tunnels. Secondly drive it to the door entering Paradise Plaza and stay on the motorcycle, you can go through doorways while mounted in a vehicle. Then drive from Paradise Plaza to the Entrance Plaza.
