I wasn't even trying for it, but at some point in the garage I flipped the car onto its side and the achievement popped. Didn't seem like it flew 33 feet, but hey, I'll take it.

There is a car park with a red car and a motorcycle just outside the Maintenance Tunnels entrance. Drive the red car down into the tunnels to get this achievement. You might need to gather a bit of speed first.

Easy way to do this: Grab the red convertible in the parking lot in Leisure park. Drive to the wall on the opposite side of the maintenance tunnel entrance and face the tunnel. Line up a dead on shot to the entrance and step on the gas. You’ll get the achievement before the load screen comes up if you did it right.
