After the final boss, there will be a short zero gravity sequence in which you will be rescued. There's one final button-mashing QTE to do to ensure Isaac's safe escape. Complete that, to get this.

Story related. Unlocks after completing the game.

After destroying the Marker, you’ll have to go through one last Zero-G Free Fall event, and finally a QTE event. Complete both events and congrats you’ve beaten Dead Space 2, but the Platinum trophy still awaits.
