How to unlock the Taste of your own Medicine achievement in Dead Space 2 - Definitive Guide

This is a very easy achievement. Use stasis on a Slasher and shoot one of his arms off. Now pick up that arm and shoot it at the same Slasher. This way is much easier because the slasher will be weakened. If you use an arm against an undamaged enemy there is a high possibility that it will not die/stick to the wall.
Make sure there is a wall behind the slasher!

I honestly found it easiest right after you get Kinesis. Facing the elevator, smash the left window, calling forth two slashers on opposite ends of that hallway. Pick up a spike from the operation table, kill the first one, then grab an arm off him, Kinesis pulls the blades off even whole enemies. Then throw the blade at the second Slasher as it rounds the corner. Stick to the wall and an achievement.

You can get this when you first get the Plasma Cutter, kill the necromorph who killed the guy on the table. Kinesis the necromorph's arm and wait for another one to appear in the doorway and when you fire it he'll stick to the window behind.

If you're on Zealot/Hardcore then you have to use 2 arms because it survives the first.

Anytime you see a necromorph will those 2 extra arm-blades, shoot one of the limbs off, grab that broken arm with Kinesis and fire it back at them with them between you and the opposite wall and you should be able to impale them very easily. They have to stick to the wall surface.

Slashers usually always attack in groups and are the most common enemy in Dead Space 2. They have two very noticeable arms extending off their upper back, both of which have sharp blades at at the end. When you first get Kinesis, you can pick up the metal rod of the operating table and launch it through the window. Kill the first Slasher that comes through the broken window with your melee attack. Use kinesis to take one of the Slasher's arms and wait for the second one to come through. Shoot this Slasher blade at the living Slasher and impale it into the wall. The video shows another location to do this, but it can be done practically anywhere.

To make your task easier, just freeze the Necra close to the wall, cut off its paw, tighten it with stasis and return it to the sender.

The trophy is very easy, I made it in chapters 1-2 when I was given the opportunity to attract things, I just took an iron tube and a detachable limb and scalded the undead to the wall with its own limb.
