This achievement is broken for me. I have all of the weapons and it hasn’t popped. Along with the achievements Exterminator and Greenhouse Effect

Didn't pop for me also. Hoping it will pop on my Impossible Mode playthrough.

Edit: It popped for me after picking up the Plasma Cutter on NG+!

Look for all the credit points you can find. Sell semiconductors and save up your money for each gun. You will need 55,000 credits for all the guns.

There are seven main weapons to be found in the Dead Space remake. While you’re likely to find all seven naturally on your playthrough, there are a couple that can be missed if you choose not to explore the side rooms. As such, here’s where you can find all of the weapons in Dead Space.
  1. Plasma Cutter - Found in the first chapter, required to progress and can’t be missed.
  2. Pulse Rifle - Found on a body in the Tram Station for Medical (Floor 4) near the beginning of Chapter 2
  3. Ripper - Found on the floor in the Machine Shop in Engineering (Floor 4) as you’re making your way to refuel the engines, in Chapter 3.
  4. Flamethrower - Found on a body encased in corruption on the wall in Engineering, next to a poster for the Flamethrower (Floor 5), on your way to manually ignite the engines in Chapter 3.
  5. Contact Beam - On the floor next to a body in the Records Office on the Bridge (Floor 2) in Chapter 4. This is the first weapon found in a side room, so technically can be missed.
  6. Line Gun - Also found in a side room, this time on the floor of Emergency Equipment Storage in Medical (Floor 4), found in Chapter 5.
  7. Force Gun - Your final weapon is the Force Gun, found in West Seedling Room A, in Hydroponics (Floor 2). It’s on the floor next to a body in a room that requires Level 2 security access, just north of the main elevator in the centre of the room with the ambient jungle sounds playing. Like the Contact Beam and the Line Gun, this can be missed.
Collecting all seven of these weapons will unlock the achievement.

So, save up money (I had 70 thousand on Chapter 9), save, go buy all the weapons, get the trophy, and load the game.

Set the difficulty level to easy (you'll have to play the game a couple of times anyway to get the Maxed Out trophy). On your first playthrough, use only the cutter (this way you'll get the One Gun trophy). Sell the ammo for the rest of the weapons and buy the rest of the weapons with the money you earn (don't use them, just upgrade them, we'll use them on the second playthrough to get trophies related to the number of kills for each gun), when all the guns are bought up, start buying up blocks. Or you can just play without worrying, the weapons aren't expensive and there'll be enough money anyway.

If you run around with just a cutter without buying another weapon, you'll only get ammo for it, with rare exceptions. So you won't be able to profit from unnecessary ammunition.
In general, cartridges are given for the weapons we run with. Or for all purchased weapons. I haven't checked yet.

As soon as I started buying weapons and putting them in the safe (I go through with one cutter), cartridges immediately started falling out on it

The main thing is to find all the blueprints and buy all the weapons:
1. Plasma cutter.
2. Power pistol.
3. Pulse rifle.
4. Pipe cutter.
5. Laser rifle.
6. Flamethrower.
7. Power cutter.

I don’t know if it will work or not (I haven’t tried it yet, but it should work)

So save up some money (I had 70 thousand in chapter 9), save, go buy all the weapons, get a trophy, and load the game) I think it will work out))

We set the difficulty level to easy (you still have to go through the game a couple of times to get the Maxed Out trophy). On the first playthrough, we use only the cutter (this way we will get the One Gun trophy / Favorite cutter ). We sell cartridges for the rest of the weapons and with the proceeds we buy the rest of the weapons (we don’t use them, we just pump them up, we’ll use them on the second playthrough to get trophies related to the number of kills for each gun), when all the guns are bought up, we start buying blocks. Well, you can not worry and play calmly, weapons are not expensive and therefore there is enough money for anyone.

Just buy ALL types of weapons and put them in a safe. Then you will receive a trophy and the unwanted weapon can be sold. To receive the trophy, you must simultaneously have 4 types of weapons in your hands and 3 in your safe .
